Help with denied or underpaid Oklahoma property claims
A denial letter or a check that will not cover repairs is not the final word. We review the file, document what the insurer missed, and pursue the settlement your policy supports.
When a denial or low offer is worth a second look
Insurance companies deny or underpay claims for many reasons—missing photos, scope gaps, policy language disputes, or estimates that do not match the damage on the ground. That does not mean you are out of options.
As licensed public adjusters, we work only for you. We re-inspect the property, compare the carrier’s position to your policy and the actual loss, and build a documented case for reopening, supplementing, or disputing the payment.
- Full claim file and denial letter review
- On-site re-inspection with HAAG-trained documentation
- Supplemental estimates and evidence the insurer must address
- Direct negotiation and dispute response on your behalf
Common situations we help with
Policyholders call us after a roof claim was denied as “wear and tear,” when hail damage was paid but repairs cost more than the check, or when a water or fire loss stalled with no clear timeline.
- Claim denied outright or closed without payment
- Settlement far below contractor or repair estimates
- Partial payment with obvious scope still missing
- Delays, repeated requests for the same documents, or no adjuster response
Common questions
What if my claim was denied or I feel underpaid?
We review the denial or payment, identify missing documentation or scope, and pursue reopening, supplements, or dispute resolution as your policy and Oklahoma law allow. More FAQ.
How much does it cost to hire FPG?
Free inspection first. If you hire us, our contingency fee is disclosed in writing up front—never more than 10% of what we recover for you, with no upfront cost.
How is a public adjuster different from my insurance company’s adjuster?
The insurer’s adjuster works for the insurance company. A public adjuster works only for you, with the same technical tools, toward a complete and fair settlement.
Can you reopen or supplement a claim after denial or closure?
Often yes, when new evidence, scope, or policy issues support it. We evaluate the file and explain realistic next steps before you commit.
Past recoveries vary by policy, damage, and insurer. We do not guarantee a specific outcome—only professional representation toward a fair settlement under your coverage.
