The Basics

N°01 What is a public adjuster?

A public adjuster is licensed to represent you—the policyholder—not the insurance company. We inspect and document damage, prepare your claim, and negotiate with your insurance company so you are not handling a complex process alone.

N°02 How is that different from my insurance company’s adjuster?

The adjuster assigned by your insurer works for the insurance company. Their job is to evaluate the loss under the policy on the company’s behalf. A public adjuster works only for you, with the same technical tools, but toward a complete and fair settlement.

N°03 What does HAAG Certified mean?

HAAG Certified means our inspectors completed training from Haag Education—the industry standard for identifying and documenting hail, wind, and storm damage on roofs. It helps ensure your claim is backed by forensic inspection methods insurance companies recognize, not guesswork. Learn more at Haag Education .
